Shipping is $4.25 to all destinations in the world! All items are Gift Wrapped and sent by Registered Mail from Israel (Tracking Number provided upon request).

Orders usually ship out within 3 business days of receiving a cleared payment.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with our service and the products we provide. If you're not happy, please contact Us to initiate the return process for your order. We welcome returns with the following conditions:

* You can return any merchandise in brand new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You must pay the shipping to return the item to Hibuki.com. When we receive merchandise back, we will process a refund.

* Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.

* We will send you an email when our Returns department receives and inspects your returned merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days to inspect the return and process the refund to your credit card.
