Israel is located in the Middle East, along the eastern coastline of the Mediterranean Sea, bordered by Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt. Although Israel is one of the smallest countries in the Middle East it encompasses some of the most geographically diverse features you could find in one small country!

Israel lies at the junction of three continents: Europe, Asia and Africa and because of this geographical positioning it enjoys diverse nature zones ranging from forested highlands, fertile green valleys and snow-capped mountains in the north to mountainous deserts in the south.

In the coming weeks, months I would like to share with you some of the scenes I have captured in Israel while traveling around this wonderful country with my family. Below is a picture taken in The Ramon Crater.
